Judy Keighron, FNP-BC Judy Keighron brings more than ten years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and more than twenty years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) to Greenbriar Primary Care. Judy's record of excellent collaborative patient/provider relationships, astute judgment and an ability to assess, diagnose and implement a plan of health care for her patients has long been recognized by a faithful following. In addition to her experience as an FNP, Judy's professional history includes positions such as Clinical Resource Coordinator/Educator, Assistant VP of Nursing for Ambulatory Services, Supervisor ED/Convenience Care Center, Emergency Department Head Nurse and Head Nurse of Surgical and GYN Units. She has long had a special interest in Women's and Adolescent Health. Judy received her Master of Science in nursing from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Her graduate degree was preceded by a UNC-C Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Davis Hospital School of Nursing diploma. Judy maintains hospital referral affiliations with both Iredell Memorial Hospital and Davis Medical Center. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the North Carolina Nurses Association. In her spare time, Judy enjoys paying special attention to a Labradoodle named Chesney and a Toy Poodle named Carly. Her love of travel has included mission trips to Venezuela and London. |

Sarah Keller, CMA (AAMA) After graduating from West Iredell High School, Sarah attended Kings College where she received her associate degree in medical assisting while on the Dean's List of Excellence. Sarah is certified through the American Association of Medical Assistants. This recent newlywed loves working in the medical field and pampering her toy poodle, Lillie. |

Stacy Byers, CMA (AAMA), CNA A Mooresville H.S. graduate and N.C. Scholar, Stacy graduated from Kings College on the Dean's List and became a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mitchell Community College. Certified through the American Association of Medical Assistants, Stacy joined Greenbriar with six years of medical office experience. In addition to her role as wife and mother, Stacy also enjoys her three dogs, Jackson, a rat terrier, Jacy, a beagle and Maverick, a labrador. |

Barbara Holland, Billing Manager/Administrative Assistant Barbara joined Greenbriar Primary Care with more than twenty years of medical field experience, specializing in insurance, billing and coding. This Statesville native graduated from Statesville High School and attended Mitchell Community College. In addition to her love of helping patients, this wife and mother also enjoys spoiling her two chihuahuas, Nacho and Riggins. |

Marlayne Staley, Financial Manager Marlayne serves part time to manage the financial part of the practice. She received an associate degree in business administration from Wilkes Community College and has many years of experience in office management and finance. As a busy wife and mother of two daughters, Marlayne still manages to find time for gardening and her rescue dog Sadie. |
